Fine Sometimes Rain Chapter 06 – P20
Mar09
We are getting close to the end of the chapter, I believe next week should finish it off. This chapter is a wee bit shorter than the previous one because I made a decision to move some content over to the next chapter. Hopefully I made the right choice. ^w^;; Anyway again, a big thank you to everyone who has been voting, and please continue voting because the higher up I get on the TWC list the more visible I am. Thanks again!
It’s very difficult to believe praise from others when almost every voice inside you is telling you you are worthless. Stupid depression.
Yeah it is hard.
so true, and it’s not just the ones inside her head that where saying it either.
on other notes, and I’ll probably ramble here abit. I think Jun is right about why she snapped so hard at Georgia’s fair weather friend comment, she was going though troubles of her own and was trying to pass them off as her just being busy. I think when she saw that Georgia did seem less depressed around Jun, that made her really curios who he was and if he could do the same for her. Not so much that She wanted to take Jun away from Georgia but just wanted someone new that she felts she could talk to with out her risk of her past problems or expectations of her coming up to haunt her. And it wouldn’t be hard to see that Jun fits that as only a truly nice understanding person could possibly get Georgia’s mood to lighten, and since he’s still new to the “group” she wouldn’t have any of the expectations on her, that she could be feeling is weighting her down from being to open with the others so that’s why she was so eager to meet Jun.
now Georgia who’s been obsessing over why Jen had been so quiet up to now, and then the first thing Jen brings her about has nothing to do what all she was busy with, or a response to any of the texts to show she did least read them or was at all thinking about her. Nope pretty much the first thing she brings up is all about June and how can I meet him. I could see why she would feel hurt by this as irregardless of if Jen meant to or not she did give off the impression that she was only paying any attention to Georgia as means to get to Jun. So that left Georgia feeling betrayed and so she blurted it out angrily.
Which in turn caused Jen snap and vent because as i said before she was already on edge and being accused was more then she could take and she may not of realized just how bad she was being until Jun showed up and pointed it out. As I think there was more to Jen’s shocked expression there then just an “I got caught” she also looked like she may of realized, albeit a little late, that she crossed a line she shouldn’t of.
As for Jun I think he had a battle with depression, and eventually manged to defeat it and get his life back together. There is a Story and it sounds like it’s not a pleasant one about that key he always wears my guess it’s a memento for someone he lost, and eventually moved on from. This would explain quite well how Jun seems to be much better at picking up on what Georgia needs to hear, as he remembers the times and the scenes where he needed to hear the same things and so now he can help someone else like he was.
No, I’m not crying, you’re crying. ;-;/
